2. Kayıtlarınızı bulabilmemiz için kullanım tarihini ve saat aralığını, varsa oda kodunu ve o sırada kullandığınız IP adresini yazın. Hesap olmadığı için kayıtlar yalnızca bu bilgilerle eşleştirilebilir.
3. Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırır ve size e-postayla bilgi veririz.

Silinen veriler

• Bağlantı kayıtları: IP adresi, bağlantı zamanı, oda kodu, oturum ve peer kimlikleri, hashlenmiş cihaz / tarayıcı imzası
• Transfer kayıtları: dosya adı, hash, boyut ve tür bilgisi ile aktarım olay zinciri

Dosya ve mesaj içeriği hiçbir zaman sunucularımızda tutulmaz; silinecek içerik yoktur. Hata raporları (Sentry) ve anonim kullanım olayları kişiyle eşleştirilemeyen rastgele / maskelenmiş kimliklerle tutulur.

Saklanabilecek veriler ve süreler

• Talep olmasa bile tüm audit kayıtları en geç 395 gün sonra otomatik olarak silinir.
• Aktif bir abuse incelemesi veya yetkili makamın preservation / legal hold talebi kapsamındaki kayıtlar, bu süreç bitene kadar silinmeyebilir; süreç bitince aynı kurallarla silinir.

Steps

1. Email zoriadrop@proton.me with the subject Data Deletion Request.
2. So we can find your records, include the date and time range of use, the room code if you have it, and the IP address you used at the time. Because there are no accounts, records can only be matched this way.
3. We complete your request within 30 days at the latest and confirm by email.

Data that is deleted

• Connection records: IP address, connection time, room code, session and peer identifiers, hashed device / browser signature
• Transfer records: file name, hash, size and type, and the transfer event chain

File and message content is never stored on our servers, so there is no content to delete. Error reports (Sentry) and anonymous usage events are kept with random / masked identifiers that cannot be linked to a person.

Data that may be retained, and for how long

• Even without a request, all audit records are deleted automatically after 395 days at the latest.
• Records covered by an active abuse investigation or an authority's preservation / legal hold request may be kept until that process ends, and are then deleted under the same rules.
