ZoriaDrop bir escrow, pazar yeri veya anonim suistimal aracı değildir.
ZoriaDrop, cihazlar arasında doğrudan aktarım kuran bir teknik iletim hizmetidir. Hizmet; kullanıcı kimlik doğrulaması, ödeme güvencesi, emanet hizmeti veya alıcı-satıcı arabuluculuğu sunmaz.

Hizmetin doğası
- Dosya içeriği ve mesaj içeriği ZoriaDrop tarafında depolanmaz
- Bağlantı kurmak için signaling ve gerekirse relay / TURN altyapısı kullanılabilir
- Karşı taraf teknik olarak IP adresinizin bir kısmını görebilir
Yasak kullanımlar
- Dolandırıcılık, phishing, sahte satış, sahte ödeme veya sosyal mühendislik
- Zararlı yazılım, exploit, yetkisiz erişim aracı veya benzeri zararlı içerikler
- Çocukların cinsel istismarı materyali, şiddet içeriği veya ağır suç unsuru teşkil eden veri
- Kişisel veri ifşası, siber zorbalık, şantaj veya telif / hak ihlali
- Rate limit aşımı, otomatik saldırı veya sistemi bozmaya yönelik kullanım
Kullanıcı sorumluluğu
- Paylaştığınız dosya ve mesajlardan siz sorumlusunuz
- Tanımadığınız kişilere para göndermeyin; ZoriaDrop bir güvenli ticaret katmanı sağlamaz
- Açmadan önce gelen dosyaları kendi güvenlik kontrollerinizden geçirin
Operatör hakları
- Suistimal şüphelerinde oda veya IP bazlı kısıtlama uygulanabilir
- İlgili audit kayıtları korunabilir, retention uzatılabilir ve resmî incelemeye hazır tutulabilir
- Geçerli hukuki talepler kapsamında yetkili mercilerle metadata paylaşılabilir

ZoriaDrop is a technical transfer service that connects devices directly. It does not provide identity verification, payment guarantees, escrow, or buyer-seller mediation.
File content is not hosted

Abuse may trigger preservation and blocking
Nature of the service
- File and message content are not stored by ZoriaDrop
- Signaling and, when needed, relay / TURN infrastructure may be used to establish connectivity
- The other party may technically see part of your IP address
Prohibited uses
- Fraud, phishing, fake sales, fake payments, or social engineering
- Malware, exploits, unauthorized access tools, or similar harmful content
- Child sexual abuse material, violent content, or data that constitutes a serious criminal offence
- Personal-data exposure, cyberbullying, extortion, or copyright / rights violations
- Rate-limit abuse, automated attacks, or attempts to disrupt the service
User responsibility
- You are responsible for the files and messages you share
- Do not send money to people you do not know; ZoriaDrop does not provide a safe-trade layer
- Run your own security checks on incoming files before opening them
Operator rights
- Room or IP-based restrictions may be applied when misuse is suspected
- Relevant audit records may be preserved, retention may be extended, and records may be held ready for formal review
- Metadata may be shared with competent authorities under valid legal requests
Risk notice: The service works as a direct P2P transfer. One party sending a file does not
guarantee the other party's identity or trustworthiness.
