Saklama ve imha

Audit loglari varsayilan olarak 730 gun hedefiyle tutulur. Suresi dolan kayitlar otomatik olarak silinir. Abuse incelemesi, preservation talebi veya resmi surec varsa yalniz ilgili oda ya da transfer kayitlari legal hold ile korunabilir.

Purpose of processing

• Signaling and session establishment
• Service security, rate limits, and abuse detection
• Investigation of fraud, malware distribution, or similar misuse claims
• Responding to valid legal requests and preserving technical evidence

Legal basis

Technical metadata may be processed to deliver the service securely, prevent misuse, protect legitimate interests, comply with legal obligations, and respond to valid requests from competent authorities.

Recipients and transfer

• Technical processors such as Cloudflare
• Competent public authorities only when applicable law or a valid request requires it
• Because cloud and edge infrastructure is involved, technical metadata may transit through systems connected to foreign regions

Retention and deletion

Audit logs are retained with a default 730-day target. Records that pass that retention window are automatically deleted. Specific room or transfer records may be preserved longer under legal hold for abuse reviews or official processes.
